These insight sessions are conducted by Venerable Adhisila, a Theravadan forest monastic in the Burmese tradition for over eight years.

Space somewhat limited. Enter quietly. Bring a cushion or blanket if you are particular, otherwise use what we provide. Donations and memberships accepted, but none turned away for lack of funds.

Insight style: “one thing at a time, on time, all the time.”
“Don’t be so hard on yourself. You can do this.”

We are conveniently located behind Beaverton High School’s baseball diamond. Watch for flying balls.
